Store Re-Opening!

Well, it's a new month so go figure I'd get sick again. It's so weird, I feel like I must have some sort of non-fatal AIDS or something. My immune system basically is like "oh? you're well again? don't let it get to your head, lady. come 30~40 days from now you'll feel like shit again. Ha Ha!" I guess, considering I have shit-awful allergies and I work around dust/mold/pollen/animal excrement on a daily basis, the fact that I haven't gotten Lupus or gone into some sort of work-induced coma is a good thing!

Corporate sent us this really pretty tropical plant mix with this, uh, cabbage looking thing in the front. not quite sure what it is, but it's pretty.



now that the aisles actually have stuff in them, the store looks much nicer! And our music + DVD section is HUGE!! (and well stocked. guess who just finished Dexter Season 4?!)





we counted like 130+ on opening day waiting outside the door for us. It was a huge rush! I really felt like all our hard group effort paid off. Here's a picture of the line as a photo-collage. sorry it's missing a little chunk. ><*





wow, it was really hot in there taking all of these. The people seemed like they were in a good mood for such an early morning, which is always nice!


torturing our mascot is always in a days work. (apparently the inside of the big bug head has this post-it note that says 'beware the curse...' LOL!)
